In today's environment, when public trust in public institutions is becoming a key factor for stability and sustainability, the importance of ethical standards and the prevention of corruption in public administration is becoming relevant. International standards enshrined in various international conventions and recommendations establish a clear framework of conduct for civil servants. These regulations are aimed at restrictions on post-service activities, as well as obligations to disclose information about financial and personal interests. The article highlights the key provisions of these international documents and assesses their impact on the national system of legal regulation. The article also discusses the prospects for further development and improvement of international norms in this area.
