Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the prospects of introducing unmanned aerial vehicles into the system of ensuring public security of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main directions of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles are considered, including monitoring of public events, prevention of emergencies situations, surveillance and control of law and order. The works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to various aspects of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the field of public safety and public protection are analyzed in order to be able to adapt to the specifics of Kazakhstan. The advantages of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as the problems associated with their integration into the existing security infrastructure are considered. The conclusion formulates the prospects for the development of public security in our country with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, including conducting pilot projects, creating their own unmanned systems through public-private partnership and integration with other technologies.
