В Республике Казахстан, где экологические вопросы стоят на повестке дня, возможность внедрения искусственного интеллекта в сферу экологии рассматривается как важный шаг на пути к улучшению окружающей среды. Однако, несмотря на множество преимуществ, которые предлагают эти технологии, их использование по-прежнему актуально с точки зрения законодательства и регулирования. Целью исследования является поиск наиболее эффективных методов правового регулирования в этой сфере, что является важным шагом для обеспечения гармоничного развития общества и сохранения природных ресурсов нашей планеты. В данной статье представлен законодательный анализ использования искусственного интеллекта в сфере охраны окружающей среды. Авторы изучают законодательное регулирование данной сферы, акцентируют внимание на законодательных принципах использования искусственного интеллекта в сфере охраны окружающей среды, комплексно рассматривают основные проблемы, возникающие при внедрении искусственного интеллекта в экологической сфере, предлагают возможные пути их решения, что, в свою очередь, позволяет более эффективно решать экологические проблемы.
In the Republic of Kazakhstan, where environmental issues are high on the agenda, the possibility of introducing artificial intelligence into the environmental sphere is seen as an important step towards improving the environment. However, despite the many advantages offered by these technologies, their use is still relevant in terms of legislation and regulation.
The aim of the research is to find the most effective methods of legal regulation in this field, which is an important step to ensure the harmonious development of society and the preservation of the natural resources of our planet. This article presents a legislative analysis of the use of artificial intelligence in the field of environmental protection. The authors study the legislative regulation of this sphere, focus on the legislative principles of the use of artificial intelligence in the field of environmental protection, comprehensively consider the main problems arising from the introduction of artificial intelligence in the environmental sphere, offer possible ways to solve them, which, in turn, allows to solve environmental problems more effectively.
