В статье исследуется влияние лудомании как значимого фактора эскалации внутрисемейного насилия, с акцентом на экономическое принуждение. Анализируются формы экономического насилия, спровоцированные игровой зависимостью, включая финансовую эксплуатацию, ограничение доступа к материальным ресурсам и принуждение к долговым обязательствам. Рассматриваются правовые аспекты противодействия данным явлениям в контексте законодательства Республики Казахстан, в частности Закона «О профилактике бытового насилия». Установлено, что действующие нормы не содержат четких механизмов предотвращения экономического насилия, обусловленного азартными играми. В целях совершенствования превентивных мер предлагается внесение законодательных изменений, направленных на ограничение участия в азартных играх лиц, уличенных в экономическом насилии. Особое внимание уделяется роли правоохранительных органов в выявлении и пресечении подобных нарушений. Предлагаемые меры нацелены на снижение социально-экономических последствий лудомании и защиту жертв внутрисемейного насилия.

The article examines the impact of gambling addiction as a significant factor in the escalation of domestic violence, with an emphasis on economic coercion. The article analyzes the forms of economic violence provoked by gambling addiction, including financial exploitation, restriction of access to material resources and coercion to debt obligations. The legal aspects of counteracting these phenomena are considered in the context of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular the Law “On the Prevention of Domestic Violence”. It has been established that the current regulations do not contain clear mechanisms for preventing economic violence caused by gambling. In order to improve preventive measures, it is proposed to introduce legislative amendments aimed at limiting the participation in gambling of persons convicted of economic violence. Particular attention is paid to the role of law enforcement agencies in identifying and suppressing such violations. The proposed measures are aimed at reducing the socio-economic consequences of gambling addiction and protecting victims of domestic violence.
