В данной статье исследуются различные способы борьбы с буллингом в учебных заведениях стран зарубежья и Казахстана. Понятия буллинг и кибербуллинг в Кодексе об административных правонарушениях Казахстана появились относительно недавно. С развитием технологий травли в современных школах имеет место не только прямое действие в отношении жертвы, но и опосредованное – через применение девайсов и гаджетов. Кибербуллинг так же опасен для психического здоровья учащихся, как и буллинг. Последствия от травли в учебных заведениях могут быть разные, в т.ч. и тяжкие, такие, например, как доведение лица до самоубийства. Ввиду того, что количество случаев суицида в Казахстане, совершаемых подростками, не имеет тенденции к уменьшению, мы предлагаем принять как законодательные, так и программные меры по борьбе с насилием в стенах общеобразовательных школ на всей территории нашей страны.

This article examines various methods of combating bullying in educational institutions in foreign countries and Kazakhstan. The concepts of bullying and cyberbullying appeared relatively recently in the Code of Administrative Offenses of Kazakhstan. With the development of technology, harassment in modern schools occurs not only directly toward the victim but also indirectly through the use of devices and gadgets. Cyberbullying is just as dangerous to students’ mental health as traditional bullying. The consequences of harassment in educational institutions can vary, including severe cases such as driving a person to suicide. Since the number of suicides committed by adolescents in Kazakhstan shows no tendency to decrease, we propose adopting both legislative and programmatic measures to combat violence within the walls of general education schools.
